The SC Beef Ambassador contest will be this Saturday!  After many months of hardwork and recruitment we will name a the SC Beef Ambassador this weekend in Columbia.  We have judges and contestants lined up and ready to go.  Stay tuned to find out who will represent SC at the National Contest in Rapid City, SD.

Welcome!  I am excited to share with all of you about the Beef Ambassador Program in South Carolina!  We are reintroducing the program in the state and are holding our first contest on March 27, 2010.  You can check out http://www.sccattle.org/ to download the rules and applications.  I hope to have them posted here soon.  If you know anyone 17-22 interested in the beef industry and representing South Carolina please have them contact us for more information!
